rooted in the pastoral beauty of Mesta Meadows.

Our Founder
Atelait Crèmery was founded by Ed Crowly, a ninth- generation Ozarks native with deep agricultural roots and a passion for entrepreneurship. Guided by a vision to
build a sustainable, employee-owned company, Ed set out to revitalize rural communities, support local economies, and reconnect people to the land.
As part of Mesta Meadows Ranch, Atelait Crèmery brings this mission to life —creating a farm-to-community experience that celebrates responsible agriculture, artisan craftsmanship, and the rich traditions of the Ozarks while delivering premium indulgence for future generations.
