Everything Starts With the Ingredient

It all starts with the ingredients. We do not use preservatives or other artificial ingredients. Our French custard base uses sheep's milk, a uniquely creamy, indulgent milk which is also lactose friendly. It also includes eggs from the free range chickens on our ranch at Mesta Meadows. Then we add pure vanilla, sugar, corn syrup, and natural fruits which we source locally or regionally. It is a more expensive approach, one that takes time, attention to detail. It is a process we have a passion for.
